In order to facilitate your settlement of premiums, premium levy and other related payments, below payment methods are available:

Points to note
- Third Party Payment is not accepted. All premium, premium levy and related payments should be paid by the Policyowner, the Life Insured or Beneficiary
- Payment by Credit Card is only applicable to selected products (Only accept credit card payment by the Policyowner/ Life Insured). For details, please call our Customer Service Hotline for enquiry
- Please reserve 3 working days for us to handle related payment transactions
- For policies with policy currency in non-HKD, we accept policy currency or HKD to settle policy payment, while for policies with policy currency in HKD we only accept HKD to settle policy payment
- The maximum acceptable cash payment per policy per day is HKD120,000 / USD15,500 / RMB110,000 or the required premium of the policy (whichever is lower); and HKD360,000 / USD46,500 / RMB330,000 per customer per year
1. Payment by Cheque

Send the cheque by mail to "Units 16-18, 11/F., China Merchants Tower, Shun Tak Centre, 168-200 Connaught Road Central, Sheung Wan, Hong Kong"

2. Payment via JETCO (ATM Machine)
- You can settle your premium, premium levy and related payment via JETCO ATM Machines (only applicable to settlement with HKD)
- Please select the HKD account of your ATM card for further processing
- Select “Bill Payment” Service
- Select "Merchant Code Entry" : 9682
- Enter "Bill Type" : e.g. 01 (Premium Payment and Levy)
- Enter your Policy Number
- Enter the payment amount in HKD
- Check and confirm your payment details
- Upon completion, the ATM screen will display "Transaction Accepted" and please collect your receipt
- Please submit your “Jetco” payment proof to Well Link Life (Include Payor Name)
- Please note that we do not accept cash payment through JETCO (ATM Machine)
3. Cheque and Bank Account Transfer Payment By Designated Bank Branches
- You may visit designated BEA or DBS Bank branches to settle premium, premium levy and related payment. Please indicate your policy number for the payment transaction
- Accept cheque and bank account transfer
- Please pass the below receipt record to Well Link Life:
- Payment by cheque: (1) Copy of the payment receipt (2) Copy of the cheque
- Payment by bank account transfer: (1) Copy of the payment receipt (2) Bank account proof i.e Bank statement, passbook (Includes account holder's full name and complete account number)
4. Direct Debit Authorization via Bank/ Electronic Direct Debit Authorization (eDDA)
- You may choose to settle premium and levy via autopay through your HKD bank account. Premium and Levy could be settled through Electronic Direct Debit Authorization (eDDA), or through signing the Direct Debit Authorization (DDA) Form.
- Once the DDA is set up, we will debit your policy on the 2nd or 16th of the payment due month.
- Before the debit is made, please ensure that there is sufficient amount in your bank account to avoid any bank charges due to Autopay reject.
Direct Debit Authorization via Bank:
- Please complete, sign and return the Direct Debit Authorization (DDA) Form to authorize Well Link Life Insurance Company Limited to debit the premium and levy from your designated HKD bank account.
- It usually takes 2 months to set up a new DDA arrangement, therefore, we suggest you submit the form along with 2 months premium and levy to us or keep using the existing DDA arrangement until the new one is effective.
Electronic Direct Debit Authorization (eDDA):
- When applying insurance plan on our corporate website, you could choose “Authorise Well Link Life debit from account directly” at the Payment page, and fill in the bank account details to authorize the payment for the premium and levy.
5. Payment by Cash

- Payor must present identification card/passport for verification
6. Payment by Credit Card
- Click [Pay now] and input Proposal Number and Policyowner name
- Click “Inquiry” to display the policy details and the amount due
- Confirm the payment details to enter the Payment Page to input credit card details
- After making the payment, please capture a screenshot of the payment result page and submit it to us through your intermediary for timely verification.
- Please note that the credit card holder must be the policyowner or the insured themselves, otherwise the payment will be returned. When the premium is refunded, you may need to bring the credit card to our office for verification.
7. PPS payment
- You can make payments via PPS by Phone, by Internet or mobile app

- You can pay through the bill payment function at internet/mobile banking of various banks in Hong Kong*
- Search by the vendor's name: Well Link Life Insurance Company Limited
